Do you offer a warranty on the jewelry pieces purchased?
Imseeh Jewelry offers lifetime maintenance on all jewelry pieces purchased from any of its showrooms or its online store.
Do you offer insurance?
Imseeh Jewelry offers a 1-year free insurance policy against robbery or theft if your Imseeh Jewelry pieces are kept in the safe.
What is your exchange and refund policy?
- Within one month of purchase, a one-time exchange and refund may be made for the same value, provided that the diamond jewelry piece is in its original condition and the invoice is available.
- From one week to one year, 25% of the original value of the diamond jewelry piece is deducted upon refund.
- From two months to one year, 15% of the original value of the diamond jewelry piece is deducted upon exchange.
- From one to two years, 25% of the original value of the diamond jewelry piece is deducted upon exchange.
- Rosaries, pearls, leather and customized pieces may not be exchanged or refunded.

Where are you located?
Imseeh’ flagship store is located in Um Uthaina.
Imseeh also has four other showrooms in strategic locations across Amman, namely, Downtown, City Mall, Mecca Mall and Taj Mall.
How can I get an item repaired?

Do you offer resizing services?
Yes, Imseeh Jewelry offers complimentary resizing services.
How can I get my finger sized?
If you are in Jordan, you can visit any of our showrooms to get sized. If not, any local jewelry store should offer free sizing. When you get sized, take note of which type of sizers they used- thin, wide or comfort fit.

What are the shipping options available on Imseeh.com?
Imseeh provides complimentary delivery service inside Jordan. Shipping is within a time period of 2 days max.
As for worldwide shipping, Imseeh ships to anywhere in the world through FedEx door to door delivery services with 85 JOD fees insured up to 1000$. Shipping period takes up to 3-5 working days.
Can I track my order online?
