Imseeh Jewelry offers lifetime maintenance on all jewelry pieces purchased from any of its showrooms or its online store.

Imseeh Jewelry offers a 1-year free insurance policy against robbery or theft if your Imseeh Jewelry pieces are kept in the safe.

• Free Insurance Policy
  Imseeh jewelry pieces are covered under a special insurance policy, in accordance with listed terms and exceptions:
  •  Insurance coverage is limited to within Jordan's borders.
  • The jewelry pieces must have been stolen only from an installed home safe, provided that the theft is committed forcefully (breaking), as per policy terms.
  •  The compensation maximum limit is JOD 50,000 annually (subject to
    the compensation terms and conditions of the policy).
  • A police report and the final court verdict regarding the theft must be submitted to receive compensation.
  • All conditions and exceptions listed in the policy must be taken into consideration.The insured bears 10% of the value of the loss, with a minimum ofJOD 25 and a maximum of JOD 750.
  • The company must be notified of the theft within 96 hours of its occurrence.

This document is issued by Delta Insurance Company via its agent Al Itimad Insurance Services.

• Exchange Policy:
  •  Within one month of purchase, a one-time exchange may be made for the same value, provided that the piece is in its original condition and
    the invoice is available.
  • From two months to one year, 15% of the original value is deducted upon exchange. – From one to two years, 25% of the original value is
    deducted upon exchange.
  • After two years, diamond jewelry pieces to be exchanged are evaluated by the Imseeh Jewelry management team.
• Refund Policy:
  • Within one week of purchase, a one-time refund may be made for the same value, provided that the piece is in its original condition and the
    invoice is available.
  • From one week to one year, 25% of the original value is deducted upon refund.
  • After one year, diamond jewelry pieces to be refunded are evaluated by the Imseeh Jewelry management team-over a period of no less than
    three days.

• Terms and Conditions:

  • Diamond pieces may only be exchanged with similar diamond Items of equal or greater value.

  •  Upon refund. credit card commissions are either deducted or deposited into the account, whereas collected points and free vouchers are deducted.

  • Imseeh Jewelry reserves the right to refrain from purchase in case of limited financial liquidity or force majeure.

     

  • Cash refunds are not applicable on gift vouchers.

  • Only customers to whom the Invoice was issued from any of our branches have the right to handle all or part of the contents listed in
    the invoice-whether selling or exchanging gold or diamond jewelry.

  • Custom pieces are not exchangeable or refundable. However, they may be purchased according to the global gold price and after deducting costs.

  • Costs are deducted upon exchanging or refunding modified gold pieces.

  • Gold pieces cannot be exchanged for gold coins and ounces.

  • Rosaries, pearls, and leather pieces may not be exchanged or refunded.

  • Upon the exchange or refund of modified diamond jewelry pieces, 30% of the original value is deducted. -A personal ID or other official identification documents must be presented upon exchange or refund.

  • Imsech Jewelry reserves the right to amend the Exchange and Refund Policy at any time and retroactively.
